Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Locked., LLC ("Locked.", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Locked. workspace at locked.team, organization subdomains of locked.team and locked.health, and related services (the "Service").

1. Introduction

Locked. is a software-as-a-service workspace for sales organizations. Each customer organization receives its own workspace, usually on its own subdomain. The organization that invites you (your "Organization") controls its workspace, and we process workspace information on its behalf and to operate the Service.

2. Information users provide

We collect information you choose to give us, such as:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and password when you create or update an account.
  • Content you create in the Service, such as chat messages, posts, notes, checklists, pipeline records, calendar events, and uploaded files.
  • Information submitted through public forms, such as contact, application, or inquiry forms.
  • Messages you send to our support team.

3. Account and organization information

We store which Organization(s) you belong to, your role and team placement within them, and settings that your Organization's administrators configure, such as branding and permissions. Administrators of your Organization can view and manage information about members of their workspace.

4. Application usage information

We record information about how the Service is used, such as activity metrics you log, timestamps of actions, device and browser type, and error reports. We use this to operate features (for example, reporting and leaderboards), keep the Service secure, and fix problems.

5. Cookies and session information

We use browser storage and cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as light or dark mode, and route you to the correct Organization workspace. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Third-party integrations

You may optionally connect third-party services, such as Google Calendar or Calendly. When you do, we receive only the information needed to provide the integration features you use. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your profile's Integrations settings.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to create and identify your account.

7. Google user data

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When you authorize the integration, Locked. accesses only the Google account information and Calendar permissions necessary to provide the features you use. Google will show you the exact permissions before you approve them.

What Locked. does with Google Calendar access:

  • Creates calendar events in your Google Calendar when you schedule appointments or events in Locked., and updates or deletes those events when you change or cancel them in Locked.
  • Reads events from the Google calendars you choose to sync, so they appear on your Locked. calendar, and receives change notifications from Google so that view stays up to date.
  • Lists the calendars in your Google account so you can choose which ones to sync.
  • Reads your Google account email address so you can see which account is connected.

What we store: your Google account email address, the OAuth access and refresh tokens Google issues to us, the list of calendars you chose to sync, and the details of synced events (such as title, time, and description) needed to show them on your Locked. calendar. Tokens are stored server-side, are not readable from the browser, and are used only by our servers to make the calendar requests described above.

Retention: we keep this information while your Google Calendar connection is active. When you disconnect, we revoke our access with Google, stop change notifications, and delete the stored tokens and calendar selections. When your Locked. account is deleted, stored Google tokens are deleted with it. Events that Locked. already created in your Google Calendar remain in Google Calendar unless you delete them there.

Locked. does not sell Google user data. Locked. does not use Google user data for advertising. We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Access to Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features directly related to the integration, maintain security, troubleshoot the integration, and comply with applicable law. People at Locked. do not read your Google data except with your permission, for security purposes, or when required by law.

Locked.'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your controls: you may disconnect your Google account from Locked. at any time in Profile → Integrations. You may also revoke Locked.'s access from your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

8. How information is used

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; authenticate users; operate features you and your Organization use; send service and security notifications; respond to support requests; bill Organizations; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

9. Storage and retention

Information is stored with our cloud infrastructure providers. We keep information for as long as your account or your Organization's workspace is active, or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Some Organizations configure shorter retention for certain content, such as chat messages.

10. Information sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

  • With members and administrators of your Organization, according to its workspace settings.
  • With service providers that host, process, or deliver parts of the Service for us (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, payments, and video calling), under obligations to protect it.
  • With third-party services you choose to connect.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including access controls that separate each Organization's data and restrict sensitive credentials to our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. User choices and account controls

You can update your profile information, notification preferences, and connected integrations from your profile settings. Your Organization's administrators may control some settings for their workspace.

13. Data deletion

You can delete your account from your account settings, or ask us to delete it by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and stored integration credentials. Some records may be kept where your Organization needs them for its business records, or where we must retain them by law.

14. Third-party services

Third-party services you connect, such as Google and Calendly, are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. Their handling of your information is governed by those policies.

15. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will provide notice in the Service.

17. Contact information

Questions or requests about this policy can be sent to Locked., LLC at owner@locked.team.
